Position Summary
The Senior Analyst role on the Health Plan Adherence Solutions team under the Retail Pharmacy Growth organization will be an integral part of a cross-functional group focused on the development, enhancement, and management of adherence products that can be packaged and sold to Health Plans as ways to improve and maintain their Adherence Stars ratings and bring in revenue to Retail Pharmacy. This team leads the opportunity identification, business case development, testing and incubation, scaled product management, and P&L management of the capabilities launched.
Specifically the Senior Analyst will be supporting our existing medication adherence products, onboarding new client campaigns, managing field engagement and collaborating with reporting partners to monitor adherence products.
The day-to-day experience of the role will vary from tracking enhancements to adherence programs, preparing materials to update field partners on adherence programs and strategy, setting up new client campaigns, and collaborating with analytics partners to ensure patients are outreached and to refine reporting and measurement of the programs.
This position requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively utilize resources, track their efforts and provide regular status updates to the immediate team. Finally, an ideal candidate would be able to apply their knowledge of pharmacy and/or healthcare to their work.
Required Qualifications 2 years work experience Preferred Qualifications
Experience with medication adherence programs
Healthcare background (ideally having experiences in retail pharmacy)
Have an understanding of health services and retail pharmacy product development
Comfortable with presenting information to variety of audiences
Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines
Ability to demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skillsets across a variety of business units and personality types
Knowledge of CVS Health’s retail pharmacy business and organization processes
Ability to diagnose complex problems, seek insights beyond the immediately obvious, and recommend practical solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage, work and lead in a cross-functional project team environment
Strong attention to detail and strong organizational and prioritization skills

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $107,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
