Responsible for supporting IFS Application and Users
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with business to develop and improve business processes in IFS.
Create IFS internal customizations: custom menus, custom fields, custom logical units, custom Apps.
Manage IFS issue resolution.
Manage IFS User application security.
Provide IFS end user support for application usage and troubleshooting.
Create and maintain IFS Crystal and SQL quick report.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
IFS Application implementation and/or support experience - Required.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects – Required.
SQL skills in Oracle environment – Required
Extensive knowledge of IFS configurations, business process in procurement, sales, financials - Desired
Experience in collaborating with internal users and external consultants - Desired.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
Minimum 4 years' experience in IFS application.
