PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Responsible for providing skilled craftsmanship for sizing and cutting metal studs, installing tracks and walls, and finishing with drywall. KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) * Measure, cut and install metal framing members which includes but not limited to concrete, structural steel, wood, etc. * Measure, cut, install and fasten wallboard to framing members around all penetrating objects such as but not limited to MEP rough in, electrical outlets, plumbing, cable tray, etc. * Finish drywall by installing corner bead, taping and finishing joints, penetrations and patches to reach the required level of finish with drywall compound and the necessary tool. * Build decks, stairs, roofs and other temporary structures between office units, plan tables, install shelves, setup tool trailers and/or conex's, per plan * Assist journeyman and foreman * All other duties as assigned * Cooperate with others when in a team environment * Accept direction from supervisors * Follow work rules and procedures * Punctual and consistent attendance KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES A.
