As the Senior Director of Global Executive & Leadership Talent Acquisition (TA), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent landscape of our organization. You will lead a comprehensive team responsible for attracting top-tier executive and leadership talent worldwide, aligning with our business objectives and growth strategies.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop a team leading all aspects of high-volume leadership hiring, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, including senior executives, business leaders, and HR partners, to understand talent priorities and forecast future requirements.

  • Translate talent strategies into actionable plans, ensuring the acquisition of enterprise-level talent.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on TA trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine TA processes, regularly analyzing data and providing insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Establish clear goals and objectives for team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to drive performance and professional development.

  • Coordinate workload distribution, resource allocation, and budgetary planning to ensure the team's success in meeting hiring targets.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 10+ years in HR and/or executive recruitment, preferably in a global matrixed environment.

  • People management and leadership experience in HR/TA; driving and sustaining impactful global teams.

  • Proficiency in coordinating third-party search firms and supplier management.

  • Successfully guided organizations through progressive changes, serving as a change agent.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong business acumen and an in-depth understanding of the TA function, enabling effective delivery of talent solutions.

  • Adaptable problem solver with a solutions mentality, using executive recruiting methodologies and technology to deliver results under pressure and in evolving environments.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
