The Role

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Contract's attorney to join our growing DSI Tech team! As a Contracts Attorney, you will support a multi-functional team focused on identifying and capturing state-by-state contract opportunities, cooperative purchasing agreements and responding to quick reaction deals for the US State/Local Government and Education (SLED) and Federal markets. This role will be responsible fora variety of tasks related to drafting and reviewing client/teaming/vendor contracts.

What You Need for this Role

  • Bachelors degree in law, or a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related fields, plus a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Excellent time management, organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of FARS and DFARS requirements preferred
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of conducting business
  • Demonstrated credibility in customer and team interactions preferred
  • Meaningful prior contract negotiation and drafting experience preferred
