The Opportunity:

  • Be the core pillar for the day-to-day operations of the site

  • Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors

  • Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities

  • Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities

  • Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures

  • Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices

  • Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes

Our ideal person is someone who:

  • Previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related role

  • Is confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively

  • Is dedicated to a customer centric approach to all tasks

  • Is enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills

  • Is able to think quickly on their feet and problem solve

  • Has strong skills in Microsoft Office and FM related software
