SUNCREST COUNSELING, PC Front Desk Office Manager and Day Treatment Coordinator in SOUTH JORDAN, Utah

Suncrest Counseling is looking for an energetic and positive person to join our team as the Front Desk Office Manager and Day Treatment Coordinator in our South Jordan Office!  We are a fast-paced counseling center with 5 locations.  We offer an array of services including treatment for anxiety, depression, bereavement, PTSD, domestic violence, child play therapy, court ordered counseling, medication management, neurofeedback, and many others.  What sets us apart from other counseling centers is our ability to perform intensive out-patient services. Our Day Treatment program has been one of the keys to our success in providing effective therapy in Utah, Salt Lake, and Davis Counties. 

 

Since we work with clients who are dealing with many difficult circumstances, we are looking for someone that has immense customer service skills as they will be in direct communication with our staff and clients on a daily basis.  The candidate should have the ability to problem solve, work independently, and stay organized.  The candidate should also be proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite.  The position is part-time, 30 - 35 hours per week (daytime and evening hours), with the possibility to move to full-time.  The wage is $18 - $20 per hour, DOE.  

 

Front Desk Office Manager Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Oversee the daily function of the front desk at the South Jordan, Bountiful, Clearfield, and West Valley Offices.
  • Supervise a team of Administrative Assistants.
  • Assist clients by: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, updating paperwork, and collecting payments.
  • Oversee various administrative tasks. 

Day Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing, organizing, and coordinating all items for the Day Treatment program/clients in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.  

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Able to work well independently. 
  • Able to work with a variety of personalities in a professional manner.
  • Experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and demonstrated organizational skills.
