About the Role:

As a CBRE EVC Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets primarily EV chargers deployed at the current Islandwide by providing support to the Property & Territory Managers and relevant government agencies regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.

  • Acknowledge all client inquiries issue work orders and coordinate SR with Call Centre.

  • Collect information reports to find out performance issues and progress status.

  • File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.

  • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.

  • Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and ask clarifying questions.

  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.

  • Conducts client meetings and communicates to clients regarding regional facilities performance.

  • Communicates to clients regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports.

  • Manages the EVC operations and maintenance of facilities within a cluster.

  • Manages facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget.

  • Develops policies and procedures to ensure that client contract specifications are fulfilled.

  • Prepares presentations to management and clients to obtain approval for FM Scorecard Monthly.

  • Develops and recommends strategic facility management objectives for clients.

  • Prepares Yearly capital project budgets and operating budget reports with Account Lead

  • Prepares periodic operating budget variance reports with Data Analyst

  • Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance periodically.

  • Ensures facility procedures comply with local HSSE regulations.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering with up to 5 years of job-related experience managing facilities and preferably exposure managing EV Chargers Reactive and Preventive Maintenance.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
