What will you do if join us?

• Process and tool optimization: Optimize the process and tools from quotation to cash to improve the efficiency and SU FIN productivity.

• Daily operation support: manage the work of SAP support/background job/background table

• Governance: measure the influence of changes from different function, such as business model, SAP CR, process and so on, and find mutual agreements within different functions to ensure smooth implementation.

• Sales FIN competency builds up: standardize process and operation, organize training, and exchange experience and knowledge within the organization by handbook and communication.

• Leading improvement project team with virtual team members

• Support Sales FIN head for improvement projects and topics

Who are we looking for?

• Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:

1) Familiar to process, tools and platforms of Siemens would be value added

2) Good business understanding with experiences in different commercial backgrounds

3) Clear understanding of value chain and value flows of the business

4) Responsible and reliable with good communication skills

5) Be open-minded for changes/ new opportunities

6) Big view and open-minded, willing to change, logic thinking

• Professional Knowledge

1) Familiar with the whole chain from quotation/sales order to delivery

2) Competence to meet Digitalization new requirement

3) Knowledge in tools and processes

4) Fluent in English and Chinese

• Technologies:

1) SAP/SAC: SD & MM related modules

2) Microsoft Office Tools. Excel, PPT tools skill is a plus

• Business experience:

1) 5+ years of experience in excellence functions (e.g. Sales Excellence, Order Management Excellence, Value Chain Excellence) related to Sales, in multinational companies

• Soft skill:

1) Analytical and logical thinking skill, fast learner and growth mindset to changing environment

2) Strong coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders

3) Ownership mindset to actively drive business and organization excellence

4) Leadership skills
