Your Career
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our Go To Market solutions delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for the global delivery of sales, service, CPQ and partners business solutions running on the Salesforce platform. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a clear vision, exceptional strategic architecture skills, and a strong track record in development, delivery, and quality engineering.
Your Impact
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the GTM solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives
Develop and maintain a clear vision and roadmap for the Salesforce integrated solutions, incorporating feedback from stakeholders across the organization
Lead and mentor a team of technical leads, developers, and quality engineers based in AMER and APAC to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform and ecosystems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, customer support, and finance, to define and prioritize business requirements
Ensure the effective integration of the Salesforce platform with other enterprise systems and data sources
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices in agile software development, DevOps, and quality assurance
Manage the budget, resource allocation, and project timelines for all Salesforce platform initiatives
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering team, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth
Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage
Your Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent military experience required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale Salesforce and GTM implementations
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Deep design, engineering and implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and Configuration/Pricing/Quoting (CPQ) solutions
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Expertise in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and platforms such as SnapLogic or other middleware solutions
Excellent strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills
Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, coaching, and talent development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $180,200/yr to $291,500/yr.
