Description We are looking to bring on board an ERP/CRM Consultant in SAN ANTONIO, Texas. The role involves managing and maintaining enterprise applications, providing technical support, and collaborating with IT and business teams. This position also requires the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures for applications and endpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and maintenance of various enterprise applications including ERP, HRMS, CRM, and others.

• Handle the deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications and endpoint devices.

• Work closely with IT and business teams to understand application requirements and ensure they are met.

• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures for applications and endpoints.

• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.

• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices.

• Utilize skills in Apex Visualforce, Create Dashboards, Endpoint Protection, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM), Enterprise Resource Planning, CRM - Customer Relationship Manager, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Software Technology. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an ERP/CRM Consultant

• Proficient in Apex Visualforce and CRM - Customer Relationship Manager

• Demonstrated ability to create dashboards and reports

• Experienced in Endpoint Protection and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM)

• Solid understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning

• Proficient in hardware troubleshooting

• Familiarity with various software technology

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
