Work you'll do

The position requires skill in conducting literature reviews, data analysis and statistics, survey development, focus group facilitation, and preparing technical reports.

• Conduct activities to manage the currency, relevancy, and accuracy of work roles/occupational groups.

• Perform competency assessments and gap analysis

• Conduct job task analysis to support talent management functions (e.g., certification, pre-hire assessments) to include preparation for AI-related workforce changes.

• Develop technical reports in accordance with certification and accreditation requirements.

• Support workforce planning activities (research, analysis, planning, execution, monitoring)

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years' experience utilizing analytical skills to conduct thorough assessments and analysis

• 5+ years' experience in job task analysis

• 5+ years' experience applying federal and state employment guidelines

• Masters or PhD in I/O Psychology

• TS/SCI Clearance with desire to upgrade to polygraph or currently active polygraph clearance

• Must be willing to work onsite in Springfield, VA at least 4 days a week

Preferred:

• SPSS experience highly desired

• Past experience supporting Human Capital teams and projects highly desired

• Past experience working in Management Consulting highly desired

• Past experience supporting Intel Community clients highly desired
