We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a dedicated Field Technician Customer Support Representative. This role is situated in the Wholesale Distribution industry, located in Rockwall, Texas. You will be functioning as a Customer Service Representative, focusing on assisting Field Technicians who fix Kitchen Equipment and walking them through how to trouble shoot the Oven, Cooktop, or Refrigerator/Freezer that is broken or having an issue.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating effectively with customers and technicians to ensure timely resolution.

• Scheduling appointments, providing timely updates and reminders, and diligently following up until the technician arrives.

• Receiving service call reports from Technical Service Agents and promptly scheduling service appointments for warranty repairs.

• Engaging customers via phone or email to efficiently schedule service appointments, provide regular updates and reminders, and maintain communication until the service technician arrives.

• Coordinating with in-house technicians by phone or email to assign service calls and establish suitable service appointment schedules.

• Handling escalated or special service warranty claim cases, including complex, prioritized, neglected, or unconventional claims.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound outbound calls in a call center customer service environment.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

• Experience in data entry and order entry with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent email correspondence skills for communicating with customers and team members.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Experience working with field technicians, coordinating schedules and resolving issues.

• Knowledge of HVAC and Electrical systems, able to provide basic troubleshooting guidance to customers.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, wholesale distribution environment.
