Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Post Falls, Idaho. The role is centered around supporting the HR department in various capacities, ranging from administrative tasks to assisting with hiring processes. The successful applicant will be involved in HR administration, working with the Kronos Timekeeping System, and playing a crucial role in our recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in HR administration tasks to ensure smooth operations in the HR department

• Using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage and organize HR data

• Utilizing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data exchange within the HR department

• Working with Ceridian and HRMS for effective human resources management

• Using 'About Time' to track and manage employee hours and schedules

• Assisting in benefit functions and compensation administration to ensure employees receive their entitled benefits and remunerations

• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations

• Building effective employee relations to enhance communication and resolve issues

• Assisting in recruiting, from the initial stages of sourcing candidates to the final stages of onboarding. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian software

• Understanding of HRMS (Human Resource Management System)

• Expertise in About Time software

• Experience in managing Benefit Functions

• Skills in Compensation Administration

• Familiarity with Compliance procedures

• Experience in Employee Relations
