• Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• · Manage the production of cake and prepared ice cream treats.

• · Maintain a beautiful and well stocked display case.

• · Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, work areas, seating areas, and restrooms

• · Adhere to all Baskin-Robbins dessert decorating quality standards, as well as safety and sanitation regulations.

• · Prepare specialty cake orders.

• · Manage cake, icing and decoration inventory.

• · Prepare all cakes and ice cream treats to Baskin-Robbins specifications and standards.

• · Help in the front of the store if it gets busy and your assistance is required.

• · Provide excellent customer service to every customer

• · Ensure all trash is disposed of timely and safely

• · Meet or exceed attendance expectations

• · Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines and local and state laws

• · Other duties as assigned

• Education and/or Experience

• · Cake decorating experience, preferably with ice cream cakes and treats

• · Creative and artistic abilities

• · Proficient in use of all cake decorating tools and equipment

• · Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time

• Capable of counting money and making change
