The Civil Rights Specialist will work collaboratively with the Executive Director & Title IX Coordinator ( Executive Director ) to ensure that the University is in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for Title IX,Title VI,Title VII,Americans with Disabilities Act,and all other discrimination and harassment federal and state laws and regulations,and applicable University policies. The Civil Rights Specialist will assist the Executive Director with ensuring prompt,effective,and equitable intake,investigations,and timely resolution of all complaints and serve as a strategic partner to create and implement practices that foster a culture of respect.
