Signal Mountain Lodge is located right on the shores of Jackson Lake in the heart of Grand Teton National Park and offers one of the most unique employee experiences the seasonal circuit has to offer.

As a Pizzeria Restaurant Helper, you will be responsible for performing both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house operations to produce high quality food in high quantity volume, as well as greeting and serving our guests to provide a positive dining experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize POS system to process cash and credit transactions for pizzeria guests.

• Prepare and cook food for pizzeria guests.

• Assist with dough prep and clean-up.

• Know and follow all environmental policies and procedures as they relate to restaurant operations.

• Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors.

• Additional duties as designated.

• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service

• Food Service Certificate as needed

• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions

• Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
