We are looking for an Apprentice for the Business Process Automation team, in Milan within the IT central function who will be trained in 2 years as Solution Developer.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state- of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

Your Challenge

As Solution Developer some of your main activities will be:

• Stage transformative development experiences where business people are effectively engaged to automate their business processes

• Help business colleagues to identify and structure their needs in terms of expected features and continuous improvement

• Model the entire solution scope including business value, ecosystem integration, data model, workflow, security and operation

• Compose solutions using common bricks to shorten development time and support the evergreen solution lifecycle

• Develop missing components using low code frameworks.

• Test and release solutions that fit for purpose and for use being secure and affordable in terms of operation.

Required entry qualifications:

• You are under 30 years old, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract

• You have IT Degree or similar

• Proficiency in English and Italian

• Team player ability, good communication & interpersonal skills

• Passion to never-stop growing

• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

• Eligibility to work in Italy

• Proficiency in Analytics and Software development domain, particularly in the context of low code platforms

• Understanding of IT Service management, cybersecurity and SW engineering practices (DevOps pipelines).

• Konwledge of business case and value estimation practices
