The position requires a customer obsessed professional with proven results in defining, launching and growing new, complex businesses with high ambiguity.

In this role, you will work with worldwide product, tech and business teams to align on strategic initiatives to improve the shopping experience for automotive customers.
Key job responsibilities
Define, communicate and align stakeholders on the short, mid and long-term strategy to delight customers
Collaborate with multiple teams, including tech and central business teams to deliver on shared goals
Ensure appropriate coordination and communication with relevant business and cross functional stakeholders
Partner with other product, program and tech managers across Amazon to identify and influence development of new products, features, and functionality
Identify, obtain and analyze data through SQL queries to make data-driven decisions to delight customers

Basic Qualifications
Experience in Product and/or Program management with a focus on business strategies
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to generate insights and make business decisions, especially by writing SQL queries
Preferred Qualifications
Master's/MBA degree
Experience launching a new business
Experience working with tech teams on new feature launches
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Experience creating SQL queries and dashboards to obtain and analyze data
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams with influence rather than authority
Demonstrated ability to independently solve ambiguous problems
Ability to prioritize and understand constraints in both customer and Amazon terms
Ability to establish credibility and work with key internal partners to get things done
