Position Description:
Plan and develop daily business functions for various departments within the athletic organization. Ensure the athletic organization maintains a favorable public and stakeholder perception while fulfilling the organization's strategic mission.

Major/Essential Functions:
Lead contact for Win Raider ($3000) and Fight Raider ($1250) Giving Levels
Build relationships with Donors at these Levels
Identify members who can move to the next membership level and solicit on an annual basis
Oversee and manage Premium operations including
Serve as the lead RRC staff member for all premium areas on game days
Externally facing as a contact for premium donors during renewals and sales, assisting in collecting payments and assisting with balance due accounts
Work with facilities and operations team to maintain club and suite level appearance prior, during, and after season
Help with premium RRC game day operations, ensure that each area is ready for guests
Administer and supervise weekly suite and premium area walk-throughs
Premium communications for each area, suite tours, and suite access leading up to game days
Develop and execute stewardship plan for all premium seat holders in coordination with the Assistant Director, Stewardship
Maintain the Premium email inbox by responding in a timely and professional manner to all emails and voicemails
Work with Ticket Office to ensure invoicing and receipting of suite payments is accurate, direct RRC on premium balance dues and collections
Build upon early renewal incentives for suite and club holders and ensure timely collections for all payments ahead of each season
Update and maintain suite contracts for all sports
Manage a comprehensive suite and club interest list for all three sports
Develop and facilitate a sales plan for premium inventory and renewals
Collaborate with ticket office sales team to generate premium sales leads
Seek out ways to incentivize suite referrals
Forecast future revenues based on current suite contracts for budgetary information
Develop an annual plan for premium, including future considerations such as site improvements, operational improvements, and increased experience for donors, etc
Manage premium calendar, including operations, sales, and experience
Act as a Leadership annual giving officer for the Red Raider Club
Manage an annual fund portfolio
Contact non-assigned members as necessary to generate new annual fund dollars through increased giving or new donors
Coordinate lead generation plan/strategy for RRC
Assist with any auxiliary campaigns or segments specifically to RRC or annual fund
Engage with Red Raider Club members over the phone and in person on annual gifts, membership benefits and other operations of the annual fund. Provide a high level of service to all RRC members and potential members
Assist the RRC annual team, analyze giving trends using available data, and prospect for members who have the capacity to give more, specifically through new premium sales
Work with members/potential members in contributing to the RRC by following established gift processing guidelines
Manage and execute growth of Student Red Raider Club initiatives focused on long-term connectivity with the institution and Texas Tech Athletics. Help make this program a strong feeder into the Young Alumni Program
Ability to make a high volume of calls during seasonal solicitations, parking collections, thank you calls, and event follow-up calls
Must have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time, and great attention to detail
Comply with all NCAA, Big 12, and Texas Tech University rules, regulations, and policies

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in fundraising for a collegiate athletics department
Specific experience assisting a successful annual fund
Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing
Detail-oriented for accuracy of data and information
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet challenging and changing deadlines
Valid driver's license and two-year driving record acceptable to the university
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
