Robert Half HR Business Partner in Longmont, Colorado

Description We are in search of an HR Business Partner to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in LONGMONT, Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to proactively address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and leveraging expertise in HRIS systems for effective management of employee data. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to proactively identify, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues

• Conduct thorough investigations while maintaining confidentiality

• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

• Mediate and facilitate conflict resolution between employees and managers

• Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on best practices for employee relations, performance management, and effective communication

• Stay updated with current trends and changes in employment law and advise leadership accordingly

• Manage and maintain accurate employee relations records as per company policy and legal requirements

• Leverage expertise in the Paycom HRIS system to effectively manage employee data, payroll, and benefits administration

• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed

• Use knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry to improve performance and processes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role within a manufacturing industry.

• Demonstrated skills in compliance, ensuring adherence to all legal and company regulations.

• Proven experience in handling Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and mediation.

• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for efficient HR operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration.

• Proficiency in Paycom software for HR management tasks.

• Familiarity with the specific HR requirements and challenges of the manufacturing industry.

• Prior experience in mediation and conflict resolution, fostering a harmonious work environment.

• Experience in developing and implementing Performance Improvement Plans to boost employee productivity and job satisfaction.
