Swing Shift Associate

Department: Operations

Reports to: Swing Shift Lead

Essential Functions:

Pulls product from inventory and palletizes orders for shipments

Labels products for shipping as instructed by supervisor

Takes an active role in the quality control process

Applies shrink wrap, marks pallets, and stages shipments as instructed by supervisor

Loads and unloads trucks, review documents to ensure they are filled out properly

with accurate quantities and ensuring accountability of loads

Wears proper PPE (personal protective equipment) and acceptable clothing for work

environment (ref. Blackstone Products Employee Handbook)

Maintains safe work practices as instructed by management

Keeps facility clean and debris free

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Needed:

High school diploma or GED

warehouse experience preferred

Forklift experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
