Blackstone believes in helping people create an experience with food that brings family and friends together. Essential Functions: ? Serves as the primary point of contact for customers via phone calls, email inquiries, and chats to troubleshoot product issues, replace parts, register products for warranty, and order new products. ? Makes detailed and immediate documentation of all customer service inquiries. ? Demonstrates in-depth product knowledge for end-users as well as internal employee inquiries. ? Strengthens consumer relationships and builds loyalty through thoughtful follow-ups with customers. ? Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Needed: ? HS diploma or GED required ? Excellent communication skills, written and verbal ? Microsoft Office skills ? Phone etiquette ? ERP (NetSuite, Zendesk) experience preferred ?
