QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCES:
Education: Student of 3rd year in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related Quality discipline; preferable from the University of Economics in Krakow (Institute of Management, Institute of Quality Sciences and Product Management, Project Management Direction), AGH University of Science and Technology (Management, Management and Production Engineering), Krakow University of Technology (Production Engineering).
Location: Krakow
Ability to work hybrid in July or August 2024
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary international teams
Basic knowledge in project/design coordination and in applying quality in projects and deliverables
The ability to analyze data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and leadership abilities
English language skills minimum at advanced level (B2 in EU)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of quality assurance and audit processes
An understanding of ISO 9001: 2015 Standards requirements and project delivery processes
Motivated and enthusiastic to develop and learn
Personal skills: well organized, ability to work in a team of engineers, designers and managers
Here’s what you’ll need :
OPPORTUNITIES:
· Planning and implementing quality management processes on complex project delivery, staying within budget constraints and meeting project requirements in accordance with company procedures
· Working with multiple discipline engineering teams to improve the quality verification of designs
· Trainings and aiding project leadership in implementing company policies and procedures
· Help in organizing internal procedures for Global Design Center in Poland according to ISO 9001:2015
· Learning of the Quality Control process
· Learning of audit process and Root Cause Analysis of nonconforming products/services for continuous improvement
· Supporting GDC Poland Quality Team in ensuring high quality of delivered works
· Cooperation with all other disciplines in order to deliver projects that meet client requirements
· Learning of current design standards of the company and clients
