Job Description:

The primary function of this position is to grow sales by proactively leading presales initiatives by building rapport with potential and existing customers targeting marketing leads and targeted accounts and working directly with the territory sales team to schedule demos, conduct software demos, provide updates and draft quotes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead prospecting actions, discovery calls, software demos, opportunity creation, drafting quotes or proposals, and renewals Manage Live Chat conversations related to demo requests and quotes Make outbound calls and follow up emails in order to schedule demos Contact and qualify leads in CRM and convert into Opportunities and document activities in CRM Leverage Showpad to nurture leads who do not qualify immediately Communicate with Territory Sales Managers and update on Opportunities created daily Track all activities for process improvements Develop in-depth knowledge of the products relevant to the sector and domain Demonstrate software to the level of a technical expert and answer equipment questions Learn the competitive advantages of the solutions and support the sales teams through the buyers journey Make good decisions under pressure and be flexible in a changing work environment Hold the ability to learn and understand technical concepts quickly Provide ad hoc and recurring reporting Other related duties/projects as directed

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to communicate with prospects, customers, dealers, technicians, sales and marketing teams. Superior time management skills are essential to meet goal expectations with excellence in accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, this role requires a candidate with a history of continuous improvement in work processes, and the ability to use critical thinking to evaluate the quality of a lead and grow the lead into an opportunity. This position requires working standard departmental support hours (8am – 5pm EST Mon-Fri), as dictated by business needs.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

· Hight School Diploma/GED required; 4-year college degree preferred

· 1 year+ experience/knowledge of dental diagnostic software and equipment is required

· Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a presales role or equivalent

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Must work standard business operating hours and be flexible across time zone needs

· Experience with SAP, MS Dynamics, and Showpad highly preferred

Minimal travel required

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$27.70 - $34.00 per hour
