Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience and be proficient in working with larger ERP systems. This role is integral to maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Management: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records.

• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and statements.

• Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into the ERP system.

• Support: Provide support for the accounting team with various tasks and projects as needed.

• Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.

• ERP Systems: Experience with larger ERP systems is required.

• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
