Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Analyst – Tax Compliance to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with all tax-related activities of the US federal and state income tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

· Assist with the preparation of US federal and state income/franchise tax returns.

· Research and resolve issues identified during the return preparation process to ensure accuracy of filings.

· Assist with calculating and processing of quarterly estimated and extension income tax payments.

· Assist with management of US federal and state income tax audits.

· Research of tax statutes, regulations and case law to assist in developing tax positions for the company.

· Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise on the impact of new laws on the company.

· Assist with Federal and State Income Tax Planning Projects.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master’s in Taxation a plus.

· Minimum of 3 years of tax experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.

· Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for corporations.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
