INSIDE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Force 3 is looking to hire an entry level dynamic and driven Inside Account Coordinator to join our Partner Alliances team. As an Inside Account Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to Force 3’s diverse OEM initiatives while working in conjunction with our sales, marketing and external partners. This Inside Account Coordinator will be a member of our highly visible team where you will not only take ownership of specific projects but also contribute to department-wide initiatives.

As an Inside Account Coordinator you will report to the Manager, Partner Alliances and be responsible for assisting our Partner Account Managers.
Your specific duties as an Inside Account Coordinator will include:
Overall support of Force 3’s strategic partner ecosystem that includes, Cisco, IBM, NetApp and others.
Work closely with the Partner Account Managers to ensure that we are supporting out internal sales organization, as well as our external partners.
Key day to day responsibilities:
Assist deal registrations
Set up new users within our various portals
Book and track rebates
Monthly reporting to internal leadership team
Research training opportunities for the Client Services team
Escalation of sales issues
Work closely with Marketing department on providing event documentation
Announce departmental updates in weekly Sales team meetings
Act as an essential liaison between our vendors, partners and internal teams. Collaboratively interact across our internal and external teams including sales, engineering, contracts and accounting.
Other duties as assigned.
Specific qualifications for the Inside Account Coordinator position include:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
0-2 years of experience in an operations role preferred.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM solutions (Salesforce) is preferred.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest and passion for the technology industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Analytical, process-driven and passionate go-getter.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and as a team, with the ability and desire to proactively reach out to peers to establish a collaborative working relationship.
Must be able to work M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
