Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

• Provide personalized assistance and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers and address their inquiries.

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend solutions for process improvement.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

• Enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude towards challenges.

• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not required – we welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow!
