Consultant, please conduct seated interview. Period of intended Employment: 2/29/2024-10/10/2024. Location: Everett, Washington. Applicant \"MUST HAVE\" 3 months experience: Job Function: The function of this position will vary depending on the department in which the employee works on any given day. Employees perform a wide variety of tasks related to the planting,\ growing, crop maintenance, delivery of quality flowers and perform other duties assigned by the Employer.

Duties may include but are not limited to: Moving and spacing flats of plants and hanging baskets within or between greenhouses or fields, using trailers, conveyor belts and moving tables. Occasional weekend work, covering crops to protect inclement weather as needed. Planting/transplanting plugs, young plants, and bulbs for growing into finished products. Select potted plants from greenhouses and fields, place tags on products based on customer requirements to meet daily shipping schedules. Arrange selected products based on shipping orders, prep racks prior to order building, organize products on racks in load order. Load and unload trucks. Prune, pinch, weed and other activities specific to plant maintenance. Other functions related to horticulture upkeep. Operate vehicles, mechanized devices or equipment. Run, maneuver, navigate or drive vehicles or mechanized equipment such as forklifts and passenger vehicles. Use either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes. Facility upkeeping and basic equipment maintenance. Schedules include evening and weekend work. Everyone is required to work efficiently, safely and practice mutual respect. Failure to comply with company policies, safety and equipment operation requirements may result in employment termination.
