Our Customization Department plays a crucial role in personalizing apparel for our customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience in their chosen sports.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customization Department Employee to join our team. This position will support various activities within our customization department, including but not limited to heat pressing, film-to-garment printing, and other customization processes. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for quality and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Customization Processes:Assist in various customization tasks such as heat pressing, film printing, and embroidery according to established procedures.

Quality Control:Ensure the highest quality standards are met for all customized sporting goods, including proper alignment, color accuracy, and finishing touches.

Material Handling:Safely handle and organize materials and equipment required for customization, including maintaining inventory levels.

Equipment Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of customization equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Teamwork:Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Safety:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

MUST have reliable transportation

• Previous experience in a customization or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for full shifts.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
• Willingness to work, including weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From \$14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
