Grundfos Regional Marketing Manager Job Details | Grundfos in Shanghai, China

What is the job about?

Accountable for development and execution of the regional marketing deployment plan in alignment with overall PU Marketing playbook, including target-setting and allocation of budget. The role will be heading the Regional Marketing team and take report from the local marketeer´s. Support the regional sales director and local customer marketeers in effective and efficiency deployment supporting growth and business opportunities.

Your main responsibilities:

Marketing Skills:

  • Accountable and owner of regional CBS marketing deployment plan, including target-setting and media-planning, in alignment with overall CBS Marketing Playbook.

  • Accountable and owner of allocation of regional marketing budgets supporting desired impact and full deployment.

  • Responsible for alignment with regional sales director regarding focus and targets for marketing deployment.

  • Responsible and driver of continuous making sure relevant customer touch points provides the most optimal customer experience.

  • Responsible and owner of effective and efficient regional marketing deployment processes (translation, localization, etc.)

  • Responsible for driving and development of local marketing community, including easy access to local developed marketing content.

  • Supporting a strong and impactful Value Selling approach in the region.

Digitalization:

  • Support local marketing on groups guidelines (brand, digital platforms, legal, etc.).

  • Develop and support digital initiatives supporting the overall CBS Marketing Playbook.

  • Support relevant activities supporting increased digital matureness in regional and local marketing.

Customer Insights:

  • Collect and consolidate customer insights, demands and behavior pattern from both offline and online sources.

  • Design and map the optimal customer experience in a regional context.

  • Responsible and owner customer pulse process related to key-marketing touch points.

Performance Management:

  • Accountable for a valid, visible and actionable marketing performance measurement-framework.

  • Responsible and owner of regional marketing performance reporting and corrective action processes.

  • Responsible for ensuring ongoing regional development of marketing capabilities and skills supporting marketing goals and organizational effectiveness.

  • Responsible for collection, consolidation and sharing of regional marketing best practices/learnings

Your background

  • Masters’ degree in business, marketing or equivalent

  • 8+ years of job experience

  • Experienced in developing people and teams without formal people management

  • High level of digital understanding and good deployment capabilities

  • High business knowledge to understand how marketing delivers business in a B2B context

  • Min 5 years of experience in a global business setting

  • Min. 5 years of experience within Sales/Marketing Growth

  • Solid performance mindset

  • Fluent English skills in writing and speaking
