We are now looking for a a highly motivated Sales Director at Nlyte Software to deliver key Sales objectives and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting the Mission & Vision of Carrier Corporation.
As Sales Director your main goal will be to lead outside sales activities and ensure operational plans and objectives are met. In this role you’ll be responsible for making significant improvements to processes and standards in order to enhance performance of outside sales team.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
Technical education relevant to software environment. A university degree in Computer Science or Business Administration will be an asset.
5 – 7 years of relevant Software sales experience in multinational environments
Sound knowledge of Data Centers infrastructures and market
Familiarity with perpetual license / subscription schemes
Excellent commercial and prospecting skills
Strong communication , interpersonal and influence skills
Ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.
Capability to work autonomously and be accountable for your own work.
Fluent speaking and writing in English and Spanish is required (minimum B2). Portuguese language is a plus.
Valid EU work permit
Responsibilities
As a Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for:
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction through the establishment and development of professional relationships with strategic prospects for better understanding and meeting the customer needs within the bounds of contracted scope.
coordinating the business development activities for prospects to support the business strategy defined by leadership.
Analyzing bid opportunities, preparing final bid responses with team, negotiating with potential customers and maintaining customer relationships to win projects.
Contacting potential prospects to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services in order to create new client base and increase sales.
product presentations and workshops. Educating prospects and advising the product line, addressing resistance in order to develop business.
Supporting the management team representative on target accounts or territories. Maintaining personal pipeline and customer log. Hunting for opportunities.
